It includes protection from chemicals released by plastic equipment food and beverage containers that can cause negative long-term effects on the well-being of children.

Recognizing this need, the Tupperware Brands introduces TwinkleTup, plastic containers of food and drink that is not only safe and free from harmful chemicals, but also have attractive appearance that can make kids want to use it.

Senior Marketing Manager Tupperware Brands Malaysia, Karen Ng, said TwinkleTup comes in two versions according to the needs and age of the child, which served as set and Twinkle Twinkle Kidz Totz.

He said the famous brand products in the use of material that is free from any toxic and in line with internationally set standards and help the development of children.

"Tupperware Brands has plans to add more products in the network that introduced children from time to time, based on customer requirements.

"An excellent product with function and be able to give more than expected by the user. In addition to using color safe, it is also BPA free and no sharp edges to avoid harm to the child.

"Moreover, the price of each one is not expensive and affordable. Parents just need to make a one-time investment for our products durable and can be used for the next child, and besides Tupperware Brands has a lifetime warranty, "he said.

Twinkle Totz set consists of beverage containers, food containers and cutlery specially designed to facilitate the task of feeding and drinking mothers to their infants aged between six to 18 months.

Twinkle Kidz consists of beverage containers, food, spoon and scoop the appropriate container to educate children aged between 18 months to 36 months, learn to eat and drink their own with ease.

Child development specialist, Ruth Liew, said that when a child sees color food containers and beverage equipment from TwinkleTup colorful, they will play around, try to eat and drink with him. Indirectly, train and develop their motor skills.

He said that there are bright colors in food and beverage containers that attract the attention of children who thought of it as a game. Even children tend to play around with it.

"It is further educate them to try and then try to drink independently and feed themselves because the equipment that caught their attention.

"Color concerned may make them feel happy and parents have to give them a free hand to feed themselves. This is important for a child's development, "he said.

Meanwhile, Managing Director and Vice President of Tupperware Brands areas for the Southeast Asian market, said David Wong, the brand products that could change and impact the lives of its customers.

"We expect the network will get positive response from customers. After all, as parents, we only want the best for their children, "he said.

TwinkleTup comes in two versions compatible with the child's age set and Twinkle Twinkle Kidz Totz, each priced at RM59.70 and RM51.50.
